BOOKING FORMS/REQUIRED INFORMATION: Booking forms/information is required to be returned prior to any confirmations being made. We require, names, contact details, weights (if partaking in flight components) and next of kin to be kept on file for all bookings in the event of an emergency.

PRIVACY: Information given on your booking form is kept secure with Kimberley Experiences. Only your interests, bedding, medical requirements (if relevant), and dietary preferences will be shared with third party providers.

DEPOSIT: A Deposit of 20% is required within 7 days of booking unless the departure date is 60 days or less in advance.  In this instance a 100% deposit is required.

FINAL PAYMENT: Final payment of all outstanding amounts is required no later than 60 days prior to arrival. Failure to pay by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking and forfeit of any deposit.

AMENDMENTS: A fee of $50 per amendment may be incurred once booking is confirmed and your deposit has been paid. Additional fees may be incurred through third party operators. Amendments must be requested in writing.

ACCOMMODATION RATES: Twin share unless otherwise stated. Single Supplement rates are available on request.


  • 61 days or more prior to arrival – full refund minus cancellation fee equating to 5% of originally confirmed itinerary total.
  • 60 days or less to arrival – no refund of all monies **
  • Cancellations must be advised in writing.

** unless cancellation is due to COVID19 border closures occurring within the final 60 days before departure. In the event of this happening, you can choose to keep funds in credit to re-schedule your trip for a later date or receive a refund less the 5% cancellation fee plus any cancellation fees incurred by 3rd party operators.

PAYLOAD RESTRICTIONS: Payload restrictions apply to all flights.  Passenger’s weights are required at the time of booking if a flight is included in your package.
**Payload is the maximum combined total weight of passengers and luggage allowed on each flight

INSURANCE:  We strongly recommend that at the time of booking you take out Comprehensive Travel, Medical and Cancellation Insurance. Due to the remote location of your Kimberley Experience, a medical evacuation may be necessary in the case of an emergency, and it is the responsibility of the guest to ensure you have insurance to cover such an event.  Weather conditions and operational issues may also arise and cause delays which are out of our control.

MINIMUM NUMBERS: Minimum numbers may be required for some tours and flights. If due to cancellation of some parties from a group booking, please be aware this may affect the remaining guest’s ability to undertake certain tours/flights.

VALIDATION OF RATES: Prices quoted are subject to change and are in Australian Dollars ($AUD).

GOVERNMENT CHARGES: Our prices are fully inclusive of all Government, Environmental and Airport levies.

ITINERARIES: Whilst it is our intention to deliver the itinerary of your choice, unforeseen circumstances such as nature of the terrain, unseasonal weather, National Park closures and so on, may affect your itinerary, and therefore, make it necessary to alter touring with little or no notice.

OVERNIGHT PACKAGE LUGGAGE RESTRICTIONS (Not including Domestic Flights): Any overnight packages including transfers by helicopter or small plane require soft luggage only and a maximum of 8kg per person. All care is taken but no responsibility is accepted for damage to passenger’s personal items.
