Leaving From Kununurra

Price From $22,550

A 5 day, 5 night, unforgettable private helicopter safari exploring the stunning Kimberley.

Day 1: Rise early today to enjoy the fresh Kimberley morning. Lift off from Kununurra and soar over the Ord River Irrigation Area past the huge oasis of farms creating a maze of colours. View the mini bungles in the township of Kununurra, Mirima National Park. Fly low across the border into the Northern Territory, past the Keep River National Park. Land at a remote waterfall for a swim and morning tea before arriving at Bullo River Station. Meet your Bullo River hosts who will help you choose your activities for the day

Day 2: For an authentic cattle station experience you will be travelling to the perfect place. Your days can be filled with dust, sweat and the exhilaration of station life or by simply enjoying a gorgeous lunch by a billabong, taking a sneaky quick dip at a beautiful swimming hole or discovering Aboriginal Rock Art, all in this stunning outback country that Bullo River Station is situated on.

Day 3: Our destination is Purnululu National Park, a World Heritage Listed area. Flying south from Bullo toward Lake Argyle, view the biggest man made lake in the southern hemisphere. Continue over the Ord & Bow rivers, cattle stations and the Osmand Ranges before landing at Purnululu National Park home of the Bungle Bungle. Here you will join a private overland tour that comprises a drive to the massif and a guided walk through the striped sandstone domes and into Cathedral Gorge. In the afternoon we depart Purnululu, flying north over the Argyle Diamond Mine and past the ragged ranges before landing at El Questro Homestead in time for sunset drinks.

Day 4: El Questro tours and activities form an integral part of every visit to this renowned wilderness destination and provide an opportunity to fully immerse yourself in the stunning natural attractions.

Day 5: Depart El Questro Homestead by helicopter, souring over the Chamberlain River on takeoff. View the Pentecost River and Cockburn Ranges as you depart the massive 700,000 acre station. Marvel at the vast Kimberley landscape as you pass by Tier Range before touching down in Kununurra.
