I originally hail from a small rural town in Northwest Queensland called Georgetown – population of 250 – that’s people, not thousand – and that is if everyone is home.  If you’ve spoken to me on the phone you may have picked up on the country drawl that I supposedly have.  I’ve worked in the Tourism and Hospitality industry for most of my working life, primarily based in North Queensland.  I spent 4.5 years at the incredible Cobbold Gorge which is located 90km southwest of my little hometown and whose infinity pool rivals the one at Lake Argyle Resort!

Anyone who knows me can tell you my favourite things to do in my spare time are camping, fishing and exploring.  A few years ago now, I was looking for an area where I had the opportunity to work, camp, fish, and explore all at once.  Kununurra offered all of that, so I road-tripped across the country, for what I thought would be just one tourist season and I never really left.  Exploring the Bungles on foot must be one of the most “wow” moments I’ve experienced to date… definitely not to be missed!  But, then there was also the Amaroo Falls helicopter flight at El Questro – this place is only accessible by helicopter with some BEAUTIFUL swimming holes… that was special as well.

It can be quite daunting trying to organise a holiday when you’re visiting an area that you have never been to or aren’t familiar with.  Where do you start??   That’s where I come in to help.  I really enjoy working together with clients to create an incredible bucket list trip based on what YOU want to see and suggest some things that you may never even have known about.  Local knowledge goes a long way towards ensuring even the finer details are covered!
